We teach an extensive variety of historical, modern, and traditional weapon-based martial arts, along with practical self-defense and hand-to-hand combat systems. With more weapon training diversity than any other school in the world, we offer an unmatched opportunity to explore and master a wide range of combat disciplines under one roof.

Our programs include Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), featuring weapons such as the longsword, rapier, saber, sword and shield, smallsword, polearms, and many other historical weapons. We also offer instruction in modern Olympic and sport fencing disciplines, including épée and foil.

For those interested in Japanese martial arts, Synergy Sword Arts teaches traditional Japanese swordsmanship, including Kenjutsu, Iaijutsu, Battojutsu, Iaido, and other classical Japanese weapons and martial traditions.

In addition, we provide training in armored combat, self-defense, knife fighting, stick fighting, axe fighting, and other Western martial arts systems.

We combine historical and modern knowledge from combat sources around the world to create synergy and understanding for martial artists and weapon enthusiasts of all experience levels.

Beyond our martial arts programs, Synergy Sword Arts is also a community training and event center. We host birthday parties, date nights, private events, youth group events, and corporate experiences. We also offer fitness classes, yoga, nutrition plans, and open gym access. Members can use our training facility during designated open gym hours to work out, practice techniques, drill with training partners, improve conditioning, or simply stay active—even when classes are not in session.
